I’m a ‘long term’ Pt of 5 yrs now and these guys are EXTREMELY good! (I have complex and long term issues which cannot be dealt with medically however ongoing manipulation assists and these guys/girls give me the assistance i need!) For those of us Vets who may feel ‘lost’ or not know which direction to head in, seriously, if it weren’t for Ben Doveston himself (owner/CEO of Doveston Health) I’d still be stuck on first base and would not have been guided in the clear direction to have now received TPI – Gold! I trust the team from Doveston Health, from the receptionists (who ALWAYS bend of backwards to accommodate your app’t needs) and to all the staff. Ben Doveston’s team is of the highest quality; are extremely honest and are very loyal to you. I highly recommend them to you….when in doubt, go to Doveston Health.

I have been a long term patient of Ben’s (just on 5 yrs now!) and see him twice weekly. Throughout this time, I have always found the staff to be very welcoming, polite and of a high profession. Though Body Concepts is a place of business, I have been able to form friendships with them all. Ben has not only become a friend but has been my confidant over these years! He has listened to me (sometimes in my lowest and darkest times whilst in tears/despair); he ALWAYS shows support; offers guidance, etc.

Seriously, if it weren’t for his guidance, I wouldn’t be where I am with DVA right now!! What I truly like and admire about Ben is his proactive listening and honest advice. He has ‘walked’ alongside of me during every step! I trust Ben and that says a lot! I know (having worked in the Medical Profession myself in the past) the importance of not just being a ‘number’ but to be truly and proactively ‘heard’ or helped! Many patients who attend Body Concept have developed this ‘bond’ with all staff.

They say, “one should always lead by example” and Ben, you do that my friend! You should be extremely proud of your business…what you’ve built and your staff. Unfortunately, you’re stuck with me as an ongoing (very) long term patient!! lol “Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

I saw Jess the physio yesterday for a shoulder problem that has become chronic – She was very thorough and I feel although I have only had one session that my recovery plan will be effective and my health goals will be met if not exceeded.
