We want to help you to grow as a therapist and significantly manual therapy skills (with regular mentoring, staff training and funding for additional training courses.) This will ensure that you can continue to successfully treat a multitude of conditions and a varied patient caseload.
The successful applicant will have a desire to work within private practice surrounded by a complete team of allied health professionals. You will have a strong passion to upskill and further advance your skillset in desired treatment areas.

Ideally, you have will have practical experience in a Sports & Musculo-skeletal setting and through your clinical practice, you would have acquired the following skills:
Sports massage
Deep tissue massage
Remedial massage
Pregnancy massage
The successful applicant will need to show:
Minimum 1 year working experience with association membership
Professional indemnity and liability insurance
Good understanding of working together within a multimodal health team
Ability to work unsupervised
Assessing & ongoing monitoring of clients
Ability to cross refer, and appropriately communicate between clients, co-workers & other health professionals
Ability to organise daily tasks
A fun & outgoing personality
Commitment & motivation
Experience and / or willingness to build networks and referral base
Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
Proficient with paperless note recording and ability to effectively self-manage own diary.
Eagerness for on-going learning.

Applicants will need:
Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy
Health Fund Registration
Insurance
Current First Aid & CPR
Driver’s license & reliable car.
The role although initially a part-time position, it offers great potential for this to be negotiated to a full-time position when the caseload builds. Position to commence in January 2023.
