We are a multidisciplinary clinic found on Brisbane’s Northside and we are set to open our newest clinic right in the heart of the Gold Coast in the beautiful Surfers Paradise. Our exceptional team consists of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dietitians, Podiatrists, and Remedial Massage Therapists.

About the Role:

As the successful applicant you will join our mission to continue providing only the best treatment and patient experience in the Moreton Bay and surrounding regions. We want to help you to grow as a practitioner and significantly improve your exercise physiology skills (with weekly mentoring, staff training and funding for additional training courses.) This will ensure that you can continue to successfully treat a wide range of patients or perhaps upskill in s desired area of clinical expertise.
Clinical caseloads are already established and are highly varied allowing you to work with children, young adults, geriatric health, gender health, sporting clubs and athletes (elite and amateur), NDIS patients, general musculoskeletal and complex musculoskeletal presentations with chronic pain — you’ll never get bored!

Key Responsibilities:

At all times maintain the highest standard of professional conduct and care.
Undertake and deliver assessments, interventions and exercise programs in individual or group settings in a variety of locations depending on the clients’ needs, such as at the gym or within the safety of the patients home.
Use clinical reasoning and understand outcome measures and client objectives to formulate goal-focused treatment plans.
Understand individual client needs, and effectively translate scientific and clinical information in a way that meets these needs, including communicating in plain English with clients and their families/ care managers.
Provide health education, advice and support to enhance client health and well­being.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Liaise with other medical professionals involved in the client's rehabilitation.
Conduct assessments, develop management plans and treatment programs.
Develop written reports as required for clients under Medicare, DVA, NDIS, WorkCover or any other insurance scheme or funding program.
